Chapter Camp Cost: $425
(Note: Included in these prices is a $50 non-refundable registration fee.)

Early Registration Discount:
Save $25 by registering at least 2 weeks before the start of your chapter camp.

Scholarships:
If cost is a barrier, please ask your staff worker for the information you need to get a scholarship.

How do I pay off my balance?

In your registration email there is a link to set up your profile on RegFox (our registration system software.) You can use that to make payments on your remaining balance. 

If you need your email re-sent, please email ivlptraining@intervarsity.org and we will resend it to you. 

How do I register?

To register, find your school/week on the Registration Page and click the registration link.

Where can I find out when my Chapter Camp is or what location we are going to?

When should I arrive and expect to depart?

Registration opens at 4:00 p.m. on the first day of Chapter Camp, and dinner begins at 5:30 p.m. We recommend arriving between 4:00-5:00 p.m., but will have late registration open throughout the week. 

There is limited parking available at the camps, so please organize carpools with other members of your chapters and/or schools in your area. 

Chapter Camp will have a grab and go breakfast available for you on Friday morning. You can expect to leave then with the other members of your chapter.
